Our Ambulatory Services offer a variety of rehabilitation therapy services to people living within the Lower North Shore. We provide a multidisciplinary program tailored to your individual needs to help enable you to maximise your level of independence.
What services are available?
All clients will have individualised therapy sessions prescribed by the treating rehabilitation consultant.
These treatments will consist of one or more of the multidisciplinary services below:
- Occupational therapy
- Speech pathology
- Clinical psychology
- Exercise physiology
- Social work
- Lymphoedema therapy
- Falls prevention & balance classes
- Health education classes
- Fitness Gym
- Pain Management Clinic
There are no out of pocket costs for these programs once we receive approval from your private health insurance, DVA or other compensable schemes. If you are not eligible under these avenues of insurance you may still have access to some services, please speak with one of our staff directly about this on (02) 9903 8333.
How do I refer?
To speak to someone about our Ambulatory Services and what we can offer you please call (02) 9903 8206.
You will need a current referral from either your specialist doctor or your General Practitioner to access our Ambulatory Services.
Referrals can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 9903 8269.
Once this is received an appointment will be made for you with one of our rehabilitation specialists and a suitable program will be designed for you based on what your needs are.
