- Arthritis and joint pain
- Joint replacement and orthopaedic surgery
- Back and neck pain
- Muscular aches and weakness
- Sporting injuries
- Neurological conditions
What to expect
New participants will receive an initial assessment from a physiotherapist to determine their needs and goals. An individually tailored hydrotherapy program will be designed and provided for you.
Treatment sessions are recommended twice a week with a physiotherapist, until the participant is confident with the program. The participant may then take part in maintenance classes as suits their needs.
Classes run for a maximum of 45 minutes. Participants should provide their own swimmers and towel. Participants do not need to be able to swim in order to take part.
Any doctor or allied health team member can refer you to hydrotherapy at Greenwich Hospital. A hydrotherapy Medical Clearance Form must be obtained from either your specialist or local doctor.

6 maintenance classes: $90 (to be used within a 6-week period)
