Greenwich Hospital also shares its location with HammondCare’s Dementia Centre and the NSW Dementia Behaviour Management Advisory Services (NSW DBMAS).
The Dementia Centre
The Dementia Centre is an independent consulting and advising service provided by HammondCare.
Combining research, education and practical experience, The Dementia Centre works to empower everyone from health professionals and managers to carers in the home to take action to improve quality of life for people living with dementia.
Our service offers evidence-based practice advice drawn from extensive and ongoing research programs, backed by experience in the field.
The Dementia Centre's website provides more information on these services.
NSW Dementia Behaviour Management Advisory Services
The NSW Dementia Behaviour Management Advisory Services (NSW DBMAS) is one of the many services provided by HammondCare.
The NSW DBMAS connects callers with a consultant from our highly skilled multi-disciplinary team. Consultants then make an assessment about the intervention and recommendations required.
When behaviours impact the care and quality of life for people living with dementia, The NSW DBMAS is there to help.
The HammondCare DBMAS program provides a state-wide service across NSW and is accessible through the national DBMAS number 1800 699 799.
